The biggest Meat Church Party ever!

On Saturday, April 26th, Meat Church hosted our 2nd Annual Block party in historic downtown Waxahachie. The City of Waxahachie closed down the street and we had ourselves a huge party. Over 5,000 people attended from all over the country. They sampled BBQ from several top Texas BBQ joints and enjoyed all sorts of samples and activities from our vendor parties. YETI was there doing free custom engraving, Liquid Graphics was printing live t-shirts, Singleton Tattoo was inking everyone up and Turtlebox was blasting music for all to enjoy.

  35. I was born and raised in Texas. Born in Lufkin and moved to Austin when I was 19. I was on a trip around a year ago and noticed on the map that waxahachi wasn’t far out of the way. (Think it was Dallas back to Austin). Anyway, I’d been to the town a few times in my life through cattle trading or whatnot. I decided to revisit just for the meat church store. Got to meat (pun intended) Matt and everyone was super cool. Got a few seasonings and gave one to my parents, and they loved em! Grew up cooking with mom and dad. Grandparents. The works. Anyways it was nice to meet yall and take a temporary step back to the early 90’s. Thanks Matt. 😊

  44. This video doesn't do the block party justice. Last year was great and this year was epic! Matt really enjoys meeting his fans and appreciates his success. The vendors were all super cool as well. I can't wait till 2026! Thanks Matt for being such an inspiration and a fantastic part of our community!
