The BraaiSister! A boerewors-roll with a Twist, quite literally! The freshly baked braided roll is paired with three pieces of Boerewors twisted together. Homemade Braai relish adds the final touches to this BraaiSister. The inspiration comes from a traditional South African confectionery (The Koeksister). Baie lekker!!

Bread dough

∙ 1kg thin boerewors
Braai Relish
∙ Butter
∙ ½ tablespoon Atchar masala
∙ ½ tablespoon garlic powder
∙ ½ tablespoon onion powder
∙ 1 can Tomato & onion mix
∙ 2 tablespoons vinegar
∙ 2 tablespoons sugar
∙ Salt & pepper to taste
