Easy Crunchy tacos recipe-
Seasoned chicken Ingredients
2 large chicken breast
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp baking soda
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp of Olive oil

Oregano Rice
2 cups rice (basmati)
2 cup of water
1 tbsp Mexican oregano
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp salt

Enchilada sauce
5 tomatillos
1 jalapeño
1/4 of an onion
2 garlic cloves
2 roasted poblano peppers
Small bunch of cilantro
Optional for spice 3 Chiles de árbol
1 Tbsp of olive oil
Corn tortillas
Queso fresco

  2. My mom makes similar enchiladas. They are my favorite Mexican meal, ever. my husband finally tried them over holiday break. He loved them so much that he recreated them for me. In our home we use shredded boiled chicken. The sauce is extremely spicy. And the tortilla is tossed around in a splash of oil. She puts the queso fresco inside the tortilla with the chicken inside as well. Then they top it with more salsa, queso, aguacate &&repollo. I prefer mine with lettuce though. And I'm judged strongly for it 🤣 😆
    My husband added an ingredient that did not match my mom's and I immediately called it. It was still a sweet gesture though.

  3. I just found your channel and I am so happy I did! I love seeing your techniques and the seasonings you use I always cook and bake with my intuition so I can totally relate to not measuring. That being said, it’s nice to see all your ingredients because it sparks my creativity! Over the weekend I made an absolutely delicious beef stew in my slow cooker with a very heavy handed oregano rice with you in mind!! 😊I also made some fresh tortilla and had it for breakfast this morning 😌 kind of like a carne guisado I had last time I was in Tijuana! The BEST breakfast I’ve had in so long!!!!

    Thank you Lord for giving me this gift to cook so well for myself and my family! I can’t wait to make those empanadas as good as you one day!!!
