INGREDIENTS:
🔹 1 pound trout fillet, or other thin white fish fillet such as sole, halibut, or grouper
🔹 Kosher salt and black pepper
🔹 1 teaspoon dried oregano
🔹 1 teaspoon paprika
🔹 ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
🔹 ¼ cup flour for dredging, (use whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, or gluten free flour of your choice)
🔹 ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
🔹 3 tablespoons unsalted butter or ghee divided
🔹 2 lemons for the juice
🔹 ½ cup white wine or chicken broth
🔹 4 tablespoons capers rinsed or drained
🔹 Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

I don't use my seasoned cast iron or carbon steel for lemon / wine based sauces. It tends to take some of the seasoning off. Regular old non stick will work fine for fish.

it's fried so I can't copy it. It says fried is not healthy. I am lookimng for recipes of fish that isn't fried because I need to learn to eat fish for perimenopausal. It is creepy and gross but I will try to eat fish from now on even if it's too late lols.

Great recipe. I'm gonna try thiis for my daughers. Suggestio: Make these vids in 4K HDR at 60fps. C'mon 4K vid videocams have come down a lot in price. Heck even smartphones shoot in 4K now. Though not at 60fps. This makes a big difference. Give it a shot.
