I don't like mushrooms
I have only had beef stroganoff with ground beef or ground turkey. The & the mushrooms thrown in raw at the end. My mom would make this & it was one of my favorites. I’ll have to try it your way Natasha! Thank you for sharing your talent with us! ❤ 👩🏻🍳

In my 58 years on this earth this is the one dish I remember trying once when I was around 8 or 10 and swore I would never eat again. I don’t know why, but I’ve always just thought beef should not be mixed with milk or cream. I know it sounds nuts. I just can’t bring myself to try it again. But this does look good.
