What is the problem with adding the ingridients into the description, pinned comment or at least in the beginning of the video?
Maybe will get the cookbook so I don’t have to hear useless talk for half a video before the recipe even starts.

Based on what I’ve seen/heard, it seems Mongolian Beef originated in Taiwan. So at the very least it’s not some invention of American “Chinese takeout” restaurants.
5:33 ..you’re welcome.
I just did it today and IT. WAS. AMAZING :V
OMFG. We just made this, we didn't have gochugaru, just subbed in crushed red pepper flakes and some crispy chilli oil. We let the beef sit for maybe an hour in the cornstarch with a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce and the white pepper. It was f*+/%ng amazing. Seriously. I'm a super happy camper right now. Will definitely put this in regular rotation. So good, so easy.

Just watched my man waste a bunch of oil seasoning his pan. I know it's cheap, but come on man. Maybe that's how things go in restaurants, but some of us are on apartment budgets.

Do I add the broc to the beef and sauce or add it to the bowl?

Fun fact: Mongolians were at the ene of the Mongol empire mostly Christian because the Mongolians like to eat meat en the Christians have a culture that is centred around meat. Christians were a minority in the empire so it is interesting that something so little like eating meat can have that much of a effect
Can i use skirt steak interchangeably?

I homeschool my kids and they’re 15. We’re going to start cooking lessons in the next few months and I’ve determined your cookbook is the perfect start. I have mine, but I’ll also be buying them their own.
Video starts at 2:50
Finally, a Mongolian Beef dish that isn't filled to the brim with onion. Surprised ya didn't mention how most Chineses places love to give you more onion than they do beef. So much onion that it feels like its punching me in the face.
This looks amazing and I can't wait for my BF to make it
