The easiest pulled beef recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg Beef shoulder (chuck roast)
1 large onion
salt, pepper to taste.

Recipe:
Preheat your oven to 130 degrees Celsius (266 F). Sear each side of your beef in a pan, on medium high heat. (1-2 minutes each side). Cut onion in circles and put them on parchment paper. Then lay your beef on top of the onion. Season the beef and rub seasoning in the meat. Cover beef with parchment paper and wrap in aluminum foil 2 or 3 times. Pop in the oven for 8-10 hours. Take it out of the oven, unwrap and shred with the fork. Eat as it is or use for other recipes. Enjoy!
