✅if you want to see how sweet they are or how you want them, mix the flour, sugar and salt taste it and if you want it a little more sweet add a little more sugar want them more on the salty side add a little more salt, keep in mind if you add honey they will be a little more sweet
✅your house is too cold? Easy fix, turn on your oven for 1 MINUTE, make sure to turn it off after that ONE MINUTE place dough in and allow it to rest , this will be the warmest place in your home! 😉
Ingredients:
21-24 dinner rolls weight between 2oz-2.5oz
1 1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp butter
4 tbsp vegetable shortening
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
5 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 1/4 tsp Instant yeast
Salt I used 2 tsp
1 egg
1 serving of love💕

Ohhh be ready! This is going to be the ONLY dinner roll recipe you will ever need! ☺️ enjoy ❤ make them a day before and place in ziplock bag wrapped in a kitchen towel they will stay soft for a week!

Made these for a ladies luncheon recently, and got RAVE reviews. They were delicious. Since it was all for ladies who sometimes pretend to be healthy conscious, I subbed in a single cup of whole wheat flour and still did the rest all purpose. Still rose beautifully and the color and flavor was phenomenal! I am already getting requests to make them again for the next luncheon.

Everything is all nice but you don't give any suggestions on what warm spots you could choose from or what is your preference. Also you don't explain how long you rest your dough everytime. This is for people that don't have time to look at the recipe.
