Does the weight of the brisket you use change the time? Such as a 6lb brisket😊
I usually use Stout for mine but am trying red ale this time.The stout is excellent-if the red ale isn’t as good,going back to stout.

I have cooked this way and great results if you have a good piece of meat. If you think there is a bit too much fat, would trim a bit, but not all.
