  1. Hello, I have enjoy watching your YouTube. I have a question. You told at the Video that the Temp. start from 300 F, And the Temp. will raise more higher(For 2 and half an hour) is it okey If the temp. goes hight to the pork rib? Or is there temp. limits like 300F~450F?

  2. I love ribs but I'm weird because I don't like BBQ sauce with my ribs. I also don't like my ribs sweet period. No sauce at all. I like them plain and dry without sweetness. I know I'm weird hehe

  3. WOW, I followed your recipe to the tee and my ribs were the hit of the Labor day family party. Every one raved about them , couldn't believe I pulled off 4 racks of ribs on my little $88 dollar walmart grill , was tight and had to rotate often, but a success. Thanks for the tutorial.
