    Spices when you can get them ready to use. Use a French Dutch oven, skip boiling in cheesecloth and cook your bird after slicing down the middle and flip it over…. Eventually add sauce of choice. Tomato paste is too strong.

  2. First of all. I wouldn't buy a Frankenstein chicken. Force fed. Chickens are not supposed to be that big and are mostly fat. Second, I just rub it down with butter, throw some spices on it and pop it in the over for a hour and a half. Beautiful roast chicken every time, lol.

  3. That chicken and potatoes do look delicious but I’m way to lazy to doo all that. I’ve been cooking for 60 years and I’m done. But I’m going to pass this on to my daughter and maybe she’ll cook it and invite me. Lol

  4. Too much work. Get dutch oven. Put chicken in with all the ingredients. Use a rack. Apply marinate cover. Bake in oven 1 hour. Go watch youtube or play a game. Apply more marinate as needed. Bake for 10 more minutes. Serve.
