  1. Even in 2025 no one is touching these cinnamon rolls!! I have been making them for years before commenting but after making them again today I just hadta! I have made them with bread flour and ap and have had to add more flour each time..like at least a cup to a cup and a half more but that dough comes out just as described..nice and soft and squishy. It can seem as if the dough isn’t going to come together but it always does. The icing is literally perfection! I can’t even imagine trying any other recipe. This is the be all and end all! ❤

  2. This is the only cinnamon roll recipe i use. Its that good. I've now done a fall version by replacing the eggs with a 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree and incorporating pumpkin spice (ginger powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, all spice, etc) in both the dough and the filling. Absolutley delicious

  3. I made these and they were delicious. My dough was really sticky although I added more flour, but did not want to over flour and have a dry bun. The finished product was more a bun than a roll, but still delicuous.

  4. I'm making these for a fundraiser tomorrow so I could go to karate camp… I'll let you know how these turn out! 😀
    3 hours later…
I just took these out of the oven, and took a bite out of a piece I'm not going to sell (the butt of the cinnamon bun)
…Oh. My. Goodness. THE FLUFFIEST cinnamon bun I have EVER eaten. SO decadent, soft, sweet. buttery but crispy on the sugary parts… mmm. The only mistake I made was putting them so close together, they didn't have enough space to spread so they stayed compacted. When I experimented and left one further from the bunch, it spread so big, I knew I could have had cinnamon buns as big as my face, possibly. 10/10, I do recommend these. I think they're going to sell fast! THANK YOU MA'AM!

Edit from maybe two weeks later: I’m making these again. These taste great the next day, too! I separated them this time and they’re huuuuuge! My mom is picky with cinnamon buns (she doesn’t like to eat a whole one) but she could probably eat two of these! Thank you Diva!

  5. I’ve seen people do melted butter before the cinnamon sugar and then room temp butter. It seems like room temp would be less messy and easier but I don’t know the difference. Is there a reason for this?

  6. I’ve made these a few times before; they are excellent! I went through cancer treatment for most of the year and I’m looking forward to a new and wonderful year. What better way to celebrate than making this goody for me and hubby❤️
