I love cranberry sauce. It's not Thanksgiving, or Christmas without cranberry sauce. ๐ฆ I like putting craisens in the turkey, I don't do regular stuffing. I scrub up oranges, and quarter them skin on, and apples, onions, celery, butter, poultry seasoning, Italian seasoning, and Old Bay seasoning, and more butter on the skin. Put it in a Reynolds baking bag, inside a turkey roaster pan, lid on. Makes a moist turkey, meat falls off the bone, and tastes so good. And you can eat the stuff that was inside, so long as it came up past temperature 170ยฐF. Otherwise it was only supposed to flavor the turkey and keep it moist. ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ตโ๏ธ๐

You open the can from the bottom, for some reason. I prefer the whole berry sauce over the jellied sauce. So sue me. Love the thwoop sound as the sauce exits the can.
It's the palate cleansing, cool spot on the holiday plate! I just love it.

the end jumbo can was worth it
I always call it CANberry sauce.
I want the big can NOW
Love the canned but there's nothing like homemade
Were you supposed to mash it up? When I was a kid we just sliced it and had little rounds of cranberry sauce
cranberry sauce is mid and anything past a spoonful is too much
Bravo ๐!! Excellent episode. BTW I love cranberry sauce any which way I can get it. Even homemade versions too.
The way the big one oozed!

Love it Dan. I watch your segments on test kitchen all the time. Great job. The corn episode was my fav. Microwave Corn is genius.

Uh, Dan. I don't think you want to be a cranberry flogger! ๐ณ
