I wish it was longer and more detailed. I don't know anything about Hungarian cooking but the few dishes I have had were delicious.
I can't wait until next week when we hear the history of Mongolian food in Yuma, AZ.
I wish I could have seen and heard more here! I was very happily married to a man of Hungarian descent for 35 years. He taught me about the cooking, traditional music, and culture of his grandparents. I loved cooking up chicken paprikás and gulyás (always nice and spicy!) for him.
What I miss is Hungarian restaurants. They are very rare everywhere today.
My only complaint about these segments is that they aren’t long enough. The topics are always very interesting, but way too short!
