In my meatloaf, I mix equal sausage and burger. Never heard of using flour. It's just a filler like break crumbs. Bacon is key for moisture. One trick from my mom is to add half and half into the mixture for moisture and it was always perfect (note it was a non bacon version).
I got a fever, and the only prescription is more garlic! Another great cook! Thank you for the recipe from The_BBQ_Buddha! Next on my list
This meatloaf is good I mean really goooood
Sweet a meatloaf that doesn't use bread crumbs. Definitely going to reproduce this but using almond flour and low carb BBQ sauce as substitutes.

Nice! Love the bacon wrap. When the covid bs started, I couldn't get a turkey for Thanksgiving. So, I decided to do a turkry meatloaf, with all the holiday flavors built in. It came out fantastic, and my folks still talk about it! This year, tho, will be an old school turkey dinner!
