  1. I hoped to inquire if you flip your chicken leg qtrs, and how to keep the top side from sticking to the pan when flipped back since so far I have tried oil and then separately butter across the top before flipping and so far, no good??? Please help!!

  2. When I TELL YOU that this chicken has been a show stopper EVERYTIME, I put that on EVERYTHING! It was so moist but SOOO packed with seasoning. Not too salty, either…Really GREAT recipe. Never gets old

  3. Every time I find a great look recipe I don't one of the ingredients and this one is the creole seasoning. Is there a substitute I could use in a pinch? I am handicapped and it isn't easy to run to the store for one item. Help! It looks so good.

  4. Hi, are you sure you didn't mean ONE tsp of parsley flakes and not TWO TBSP? You barely put any in and I measure out two Tbsp of Parsley flakes and that's like adding a small salad to the marinade. I only used 1 tsp and it turned out great.

  5. Thank you so much for this recipe, it was phenomenal!!! Made sure to marinate overnight and had to cook for an hour for 2 leg quarters but they were big. The flavor was great and so crispy and juicy. My husband commented he never likes the skin but loved it on this and said I need to find this recipe again and make sure I print it out. So while I'm here thought I would leave a comment for others, you all need to try this!!!!!!

  6. I made this yesterday. Only had 4 huge chicken leg quarters so added one teaspoon of salt only just because my mom doesn't like too much salt. It was the perfect saltiness. I kept the rest of the seasoning as listed. I added a broil at the end of cook time to get some crispy skin. Overall, this was good. thanks!
