📝 INGREDIENTS:
Full cream milk – 1000ml
Soaked basmati rice – 1cup (soaked for 30 mins, then grind it)
Sugar – 4 to 5 tbsp (adjust to taste)
Alphonso mango pulp – 2 midium size (fresh or canned)
Chopped nuts – 1 tbsp (almonds, pistachios)
Saffron strands – few (optional)
Rose water – ½ tsp (optional)

🍲 INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat the milk in a heavy-bottom pan. Let it boil, then lower the flame.
2. Add the coarsely ground rice slowly while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Cook on low flame till the rice is cooked and the mixture thickens (approx. 15–20 mins). Keep stirring to prevent sticking.
4. Once the mixture reaches a pudding-like consistency, add sugar, and saffron strands (if using). Cook for another 2–3 mins.
5. Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly. Then add the mango pulp and rose water (if using). Mix well.
6. Pour into clay bowls or serving glasses. Garnish with chopped nuts and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
