RECIPE #1 (Sweet & Sour Meatballs)
800g ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp chicken powder seasoning, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 cup banana ketchup or tomato catsup
1 can (227g) pineapple chunks
1 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 chicken powder seasoning, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water)
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium white or red onion, sliced

RECIPE #2 (GREEN BEANS WITH GROUND PORK)
1 lb green beans (sitaw is fine too)
1 red bell pepper
300g ground pork
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp minced ginger
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Chili flakes, adjust to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chicken powder seasoning
Dark soy sauce for color, optional
