This looks great. I have dysphagia and am on liquid or pureed diet . I need a high protein drink in the morning. Does the blueberries and spinach puree completely? I can't have bits and pieces otherwise will need to strain. I have a Ninja puree blender and the Ninja Blast.
Would like to see more healthy high protein that I can puree !
Hi Doc, thanks for the info! I find the measurements the most helpful at the start of my improvement journey! I have found that making my own frozen fruit is much better than buying frozen fruit. The frozen fruit that I can find in the markets tends to be less than "ripe and ready". Frozen and refrozen turns me off. Fresh blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries are easy to portion out, freeze and then ready whenever you want. You can freeze and be ready with daily portions for a week or two with little investment in prep time and I control the quality!
Thank you Dr. Wu for your video.
Great content Dr Wu… keep it coming. 👍🏼

You need to sounds more enthusiastic, your voice a little monotonous. Otherwise the video is good.
Hey Dr. Wu, what kind of a blender you are using for your smoothies? Is it powerful and do think it will pulverize fibrous material from other leaves? Thanks.
I cannot tolerate spinach. What would you suggest I substitute?
You’re using Greek yogurt. Why do you need soy or almond milk then? My Greek yogurt is made of real dairy. And I’ll use real dairy for everything else!
Substitute for yogurt? Absolutely HATE it! Coconut cream but no protein.
Hi, thank you for this. I do have a question, is soy still ok for women ?
Thank you Dr. Wu! I am new to your channel and cannot wait to learn more from you 💞
