I was wondering if I could make the butter chicken sauce in a larger quantity and freeze in portion size for my grown kids who either don’t have the time or access to the Indian ingredients to cook it from scratch for a weekday meal?

Nice! Try it with marinated chicken pieces grilled and then cook it the same way as you mentioned.I have the same recipe too which I used for veggies too to be had with butter Naan.
