The batter is a lie. 1 cup cornflour, 3 cups flour to 1.5 cups water creates cement, not a batter. Just tried it. Thick, stiff mass.

This is clearly an authentic Chinese dish
I got so excited to try this today I started cooking without realizing I was missing some ingredients. I had to substitute orange juice with lemon juice and the vinegar with rice vinegar. But it still tasted Exactly the same as Panda Express! This is amazing, I almost never need to go to Panda Express again now 😅
It takes audacity to call Panda Express chinese food.

You just wasted my freakin flour! This ingredient calls for at least one less cup of flour. Who tried this and ended up with pizza dough.
