  1. Made this a few days ago. Amazing combo of flavors, every part compliments the other and every bite is like a little adventure almost. Had some homemade kimchi I used for the slaw, and it turned out great. I still favor Nashville style, but this one still ranks like at the top of chicky sammies. Had four other people try it and they all loved it as well and they all said it's the best they've had.

  2. Way to promote depopulation food to the rest of the world. It's fried chicken. That means it's cooked in vegetable oils that dumb us down. The human brain needs animal fats. Veg fats crowd that out. It's already unhealthy and you think it's a good idea to nest it in a whole damn loaf of starches you DON'T need. I'm surprised you didn't drown it in a "secret sauce" you made out of Thousand Island dressing & mayonaise.

  3. Adding msg to kewpie is sus. Kewpie is just very silky mayo with msg. Use hellmans + msg + sugar to get the same thing. Also. Having worked in a chicken shop for a year… the flaky bits is not a good move. The more we sieved out those bits from our flour, the better and more flaky the product. It's unnecessary and counter productive.

  4. I cook all the time and never talk to myself but when I tasted that garlic mayo I involuntarily said “Holy shit that’s amazing” and that never happens (still haven’t even made the sandwich yet, just prepping everything)

  5. Hello Joshua,

Could you look into and show a video on how to make your own Stearin. It’s a vegetable powder and sometimes oil. It’s made from vegetables and used in sausage curing as is Beef Fat, Sea Salt and Stearin.

And if possible show how much on a gram scale to add to 1 pound of ground pork, beef, veil, venison, etc.?

    Respectfully
    Thank You
