Dear Wendy, your fish curry was delicious,because I tried it even though I had doubts about the cinnamon and cloves,but it turned out very good. The cloves and cinnamon added a punch to the curry and knocked out fishy smell.

Wow great innovation. We make our masala with coconut garlic and ginger and of course cocum juice. With curry leaves and coconut oil for seasoning. I will surely try this today. Thank u so much
