Mate, when u said make the pasta water as salty as the ocean. Beginners like myself would just take that literally. My pasta was dog shit but the sauce was great. Maybe next time, provide a disclaimer or something of the kind

Loved the footage when cutting the red peppers. Just a small comment, cutting the slices of peppers after flipping them (so skin side down) will make cutting them even easier, especially if the knife isn't too sharp.

You notice the vodka when you ad the vodka in at the end of the sauce creation process. You just want 2 table spoons of it.
Is there any substitute for guanchale? I don’t eat pork but this looks absolutely amazing. I know it won’t be quite as good, but I’d love some insights
