That recipe looks bomb! Good to see the BTS work that goes into each recipe. My only complaint here was the use of disposable bowls. I know they are “compostable” but why not just use real bowls that can be washed? I’m sure there’s a dishwasher in that test kitchen. BTW, I was a restaurant chef before. Just seems like unnecessary garbage to make.
