  1. I know working in a professional kitchen like this is a hell of a lot of work but I can't imagine anything more satisfying than gathering around an excellently prepared meal while utilizing your skills and knowledge and getting PAID for it all

  2. That recipe looks bomb! Good to see the BTS work that goes into each recipe. My only complaint here was the use of disposable bowls. I know they are “compostable” but why not just use real bowls that can be washed? I’m sure there’s a dishwasher in that test kitchen. BTW, I was a restaurant chef before. Just seems like unnecessary garbage to make.
