  1. I see roasted, I see creamy cauliflower cheese soup and I see British cauliflower cheese which is not a replacement for macaroni cheese. Cauliflower cheese has been eaten for many decades in the UK as a dish unto itself. 🙂

  2. Escabeche. It's usually cooked along with other vegetables such as carrots, onions, cabbages, peppers, with vinegar and salt. The flavour that the cauliflower gets it's unique. It takes me back to those Sunday breakfasts in restaurants. Greetings from CDMX Mexico 🇲🇽!!!
