  1. Alright I'm all for convenience Foods if the quality is good. But if I wanted to make I could figure out a good sauce to make with them on my own. Make perfect gnocchi at home. Because I have tried a number of times, and I can never quite get it right. Either they are too mushy and underdone even after I thought I overcooked them, or they fall apart in the boiling water. I can't seem to hit that middle ground.

  2. I realize few people have the time to make their own gnocchi, but store-bought gnocchi is [typically] very disappointing. It gets the job done, and I've been lazy enough to buy my fair share of it, but I strongly suggest making your own! It's easy, and there are some interesting ways of making it. I recommend checking out Chef John's ricotta gnocchi over on Food Wishes! I think he even has a sweet potato version!

  3. That looks amazing to have on a cold winter day/night. QUESTION: Can the sauce be made Vegan swapping the cream with almond or coconut milk and add nutritional yeast for the cheese taste? Dye to allergy I can't eat dairy. Thanks for your answer
