  1. 2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic (minced or pressed)
2 Tsp Dried Parsley & Oregano
    Red Pepper Flakes (opt)
2 Tbs All Purpose Flour (or 1 Tbs coconut Flour)
1 1/2 Cups Room Temperature Almond Milk (or oat or full fat coconut)
    1/3 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1 Small Box of Pasta (cooked to al dente and drained)
A Hand Full of Spinach or Cooked Veggies
Extra Pasta Water to Thin as Needed

Start by cooking your garlic, herbs, and red pepper flakes in the olive oil on medium heat for 1-3 minutes. Then add in your flour to make a roux, cook this for 1-2 minutes to remove the flavor of the flour. Whisk in the milk to make a béchamel sauce, to this add your nutritional yeast. To finish, add in your pasta and vegetables. If the sauce needs to be thinned, add in left over pasta water.

  2. An actual recipe would be nice so we know how much it wasn't put because you don't have a recipe I checked everything on your channel and I think this is the worst thing you could do is give people a recipe and then don't give them their measurements you get it down from me down down down down down

  3. Really love this video. Im also surprised you don’t have a bigger following like the other comment said, your videos are really well made and edited. One thing I would recommend is to maybe list the ingredients in a comment section just because it can be a bit hard trying to remember all the ingredients. Great job!

  4. I was surprised that you have only 120 subscribers. You look so put together that in my mind i thought you had hundred of thousands or even millions. Congrats and keep the good work! You will get there one day 😁
