-3Tbsp fish sauce (2 and 1/2Tbsp for milder taste)
-ground black pepper
-4Tbsp cornstarch
-2Tbsp flour
-200g butter
-1head garlic crushed and chopped
-1 and 1/4Tbsp soy sauce
-3Tbsp honey (2 and1/2Tbsp for milder taste)
-2Tbsp light brown sugar (1 and 1/2Tbsp for milder taste)

My favorite shi-ken recipe from Kuya Fern's channel, tho I always add smoked paprika or paprika during marinating shikens. Pero ang sarap ng recipe na to naka-depende talaga sa honey mo since ilang beses na ako nkapag luto ng ganito mismong recipe but with different brands of honey and I can say it really makes a difference. Salamat po ulit sa recipe kuya Fern. Approved na ako ni Mama as our home cook hehe.
