This is the secret to make killer sprite pork adobo
INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-6cloves chopped garlic
-1Kilo Pork Liempo (pork belly)
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-2Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-2cups sprite
-add water as needed to soften the meat
-2pcs dried bay leaves
-3Tbsp vinegar
-1/2tsp whole peppercorn

Restaurant food are so expensive nowadays but shortchange you in flavor and quality . So I'm taking binalot na adobo to Houston for Thanksgiving trip there . My son usually treat me to dining out upon arrival . But this time I'll treat them to your adobo instead .

I cooked adobo last night and it didn't taste as good as it used to be for some reason 🤔. My procedure was a lot different from yours though (without the Sprite), so for sure I'll try cooking adobo this way next time. Looks sooo mouthwatering! 😋
