  1. Make this regularly! Absolutely love it! This time I cut the vegs in larger chunks(onions, carrots and celery). Did everything in a pan like the video and transported to a deep dish lasagna pan. Used 3/4 cup of flour and 6 cups of chicken stock. After 1 hour @350 in the oven covered. I took the chicken out and added baby potatoes and put the chicken back on top. I loosely covered with aluminum foil and cooked another 45 minutes. Next time, I'll put the potatoes in earlier. I did have to add corn starch and the end to thicken it up. Since I did 10 thighs and alot of vegs, this took me 3 hrs all together. But worth every second of it! I love this dish!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Had to add a note
    I put small yellow and red potatoes in for the last 45 minutes. Should of put them at the beginning. They were still a little firm.
