the worst thing you could do to mussels is allowing a bad one to enter the pot, it's the only way to make porcelain feel fear
in my country you can make a little pickle with them, lime juice, hot sauce, chilies, cilantro and boiled mussels with some of the water, you can refrigerate them and use it as an apetizer
