I smoked this pork butt low and slow overnight to build a delicious caramelized bark that’s smokey, tender, and delicious! But the real magic comes from the secret pork sauce that not many people know about, but it is a a game changer and adds a wonder flavor to smoky, fatty, and tender pulled pork! I will also be showing you my favorite way to eat a pulled pork sandwich that has it all! This pulled pork recipe can be done in a smoker, oven, crockpot, however you want to do it! Great job on the pulled pork Darrin. Looks delicious and tasty. I got the first ChefsTemp last year around this time. Got for myself for Christmas. I would if the new improved probes would work with my model. I really like making pulled pork and with the tips that you gave us it will even taste better. Have a fantastic weekend and be safe.
