Superior Butter Chicken 😳

2lbs chicken thighs
3/4 cup yogurt
4 cloves garlic
1 inch of ginger
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp salt
Cook in 1 Tbsp ghee

1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1/2 inch ginger
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup cashews
1 cup heavy cream
Add back the chicken and cook for 10-15 more minutes.

Finish with fenugreek leaves and cilantro and enjoy😆

  1. Sure this is butter chicken but it's not authentic, traditionally you would have stuck your whole hand in there and maybe your feet and possibly your elbows. While wearing extremely dirty clothes / cooking utensils 😅

  2. Its never gonna taste same as the traditional butter chicken cause you haven't added any "whole masala" which is Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Whole dried red chillies 2, Cinnamon, and Cumin.
    Put ghee in a pan and add these masalas that i mentioned above and then add Ginger garlic , onion and green chillies and last cashew and tomatoes and blend them.
    2nd. Add 2 teaspoons of unsalted or salted butter in a pan add Tumeric little bit, Dried ground Coriander, little garam masala and add salt in this step( u can add sugar a bit if u like).
    3. Add blended mixture and chicken all in fry for 3-5 minutes and cream after turning off the gas.

    It taste better than any restaurant outside india.
