Way short on bacon and when you remove the sandwich from the griddle flip the cooked side up so it doesn’t get soggy.
i dont like crunchy bacon. i like chewy bacon, makes it taste better cause its easier and juicier(i like soft juicy meats like steaks)

Dude…bread slice management! You must open the two slices of bread as you would open a book, so the original facing surfaces still face each other, only with cheese and bacon in between them. Of course there are exceptions to the rule. but those only apply to the beginning and end of the loaf and only with certain types of bread.
Sounds delicious!! I like to have different cheeses on a good grilled cheese samwich and I like to butter all sides of the bread!!

That was a thick sandwich at first. Cheese was really piled and packed on, piled high and all the way to the edges. But no cheese oozed out nor oozed out cooking on the grill, only after it was sliced did it ooze..a very tiny bit.. it was toasted nice and hot. Came off the grill much much thinner then it went on. I'm HONESTLY trying to figure that out……..
