The ULTIMATE Beef Fried Rice Recipe (Better Than Takeout & So Easy!)

Ingredients Used:
1 lb beef, sliced into small bite-sized pieces
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 beaten eggs
Vegetable oil
1 cup frozen or fresh peas
2 dried red chilies, sliced (optional)
2 cups rice (refrigerated overnight)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Green onion, chopped
Top with sliced butter
Fresh red chili (optional)
