Love the videos, keep up the good work❤
Thanks for the recipe I like to use beef shank mixed with some chuckeye roast. Oxtails can get pricey for the amount I make 😅
Bro I’ve been prepping for like a week to make my first birria tacos (getting the ingredients here in Germany is not so easy). I feel like it’s a heavenly sign that you uploaded this recipe just in time. Only thing I’m changing is different cuts of beef (bone in leg, chuck and bone in rib) as well as using whole cumin. I also saw some recipes use chili in adobo and beef stock which I’m gonna add. Man I’m so stupidly excited!!!
Far squeeze of lime. Words to live by.
Appreciate the extra “you” in your videos 😂😂 so authentic. Your signature mark. You didn’t kiss this dish? Que paso?
What kinda blender is that with a spinny top?
One thing left me wondering: why toast off all the spices initially, but not add the cumin you add later in seeds at that same stage? In my experience freshly toasted cumin seeds also deliver superior flavour.
Yum 🤤
Brother I'm in love with your videos 🔥 keep up the good work, I'm learning a lot from it
The talking trash can but earned a subscribe. Hilarious!
