1. Prep your Shrimp. Clean shrimp and devine if needed. You can find shrimp already peeled and devined for ease.
2. Seasoning- Choosing the right blend of seasoning will give you the perfect flavors when you introduce your shrimp to your hot pan. Cajun seasoning is perfect for searing or browning and it gives it the right amount of heat and flavor.
3. Temperature- Cooking your shrimp to the right temperature is key. The correct thing to do fpr shrimp is cook it for a minute to two on each side and don’t over cook it. Over cooked shrimp will be rubbery.
