今回は、ご家庭で簡単に作れる、にんにくの香りが食欲をそそる絶品ガーリックチャーハンのレシピをご紹介します。ぜひ試してみてください！ 【ガーリックチャーハン】 〈材料〉2人前 温かいご飯 450g 卵 ２個 にんにく ２かけ 人参 1/2本（約70g） 玉ねぎ 1/2個（約70g） 焼き豚 70g 中華スープの素 小さじ1 醤油 小さじ2 ごま油 大さじ1 塩コショウ 少々 〈作り方〉 ①材料準備: にんにく2かけをみじん切り、人参と玉ねぎを粗めのみじん切り、焼き豚を小さめの角切り、卵はしっかり溶いておく。 ②中火でごま油を熱し、人参、玉ねぎを加え、塩コショウを少々振り炒めます。人参が柔らかくなれば、焼き豚とにんにくを加えて炒める。 ③ にんにくの香りが立ったら、スペースを作り、強火にして卵と温かいご飯を加え、よく混ぜ合わせます。 ④中華スープの素と、醤油を鍋肌に加え、香ばしく炒め合わせれば出来上がり！ ※お好みで黒胡椒を振りかけてお召し上がり下さい。 〈ポイント〉 ・にんにくはみじん切りにすることで、香りが全体に広がります。 にんにくは火を通しすぎると苦味が出るため、弱めの火加減でじっくりと炒めるのがコツ。 ・卵は事前にしっかり溶いておくことで、ご飯と均一に混ざりやすくなります。 ご飯は半熟状態の卵としっかりと炒めて、全体に卵と油が行き渡るようにしましょう。これにより、ご飯一粒一粒が独立して、パラパラとした食感になります。 ・温かいご飯を使用することで混ぜやすく、パラパラとした食感になります。 冷ご飯を使用する場合は、少し温めてからお使いください。 ・家庭用のコンロでも最大限火力を上げて、切るように素早く炒めることがポイントです。 ・仕上げの醤油は鍋肌に加えて香ばしさを引き出してから混ぜ合わせて下さい。 〈補足〉 ・焼き豚がない場合は、ベーコンやハムなどで代用して下さい。 #ガーリックチャーハン #にんにくチャーハン #チャーハンレシピ #炒飯 #家庭料理 #簡単レシピ #ご飯レシピ #料理 #にんにくレシピ Garlic Fried Rice Servings: 2 Ingredients: • 450g of warm…
