200g dark chocolate (65-70% cocoa), (1 cup chopped)
4 eggs (3½ cup)
40g sifted flour (1½ cup)

100g dark chocolate (52% cocoa) (1½ cup chopped)
30g butter (2 tbsp)
30g crushed hazelnuts or praline (¼ cup)

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still very soft in the center. Let it cool 4h

7. For the glaze, melt the chocolate and butter together. Pour over the cooled cake and sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts.
