The Ultimate No Bake Blueberry Dessert!
My mama used to write recipes on the back of envelopes which was the Shirley May way 💌😂 She’d get recipes from neighbors and friends, then put her own twist on them like only she could. I found this one in her things and decided to recreate it since I don’t even remember her making it for me… maybe she did while I was away at college or after I moved out. It reminds me so much of her Chocolate Supreme and her Apple Walnut Raisin Cake which are two of my favorites. So many of her dishes were truly memories on a plate, and I’ve shared so many of them in my cookbook. The full recipe is below with ingredients and instructions if you want to make it too. We call this Yum Yum Dessert. My Dad had Cancer and was undergoing Radiation Therapy. His Oncologist advised us to keep high calorie foods on hand for him. I made many versions using Pudding and Pie Fillings. His Favorite was Butterscotch. RIP, Daddy.
