Your kitchen is really pretty ❤
I make sourdough every other day. That way I have a fresh loaf to bake every morning.
My big oven has been out of commission for months. The guy finally got the new part. He’s coming today. I’m so excited. My small oven is too small for most of the stuff I bake.
Tried this recipe..final product was beautiful…thank you..

I have to try this for my husband who's a sourdough bread addict.
It looks more complicated than baking challah though.
Thank you so much for your video, can I ask a question? How are you making those folds without the dough sticking to your hands? Are you wetting your hands?
Will this work in 6 quart pot?
How long does three loaves last your family?
Love your dress . Where did you get it? I have watched this three times and cant wait to make it
Fantastic video Sonya! So basically what I have learned is, leave the autolyse (water+flour) rest for 30min before you combine with the active starter + salt. So you skip this process entirely? Thank you in advance, greetings from Amsterdam, Gladys
Hello…why does sourdough breads have sourness..my starter is young one ..its 3months old..Thank you.
I just followed along, but I had to make a change since my oven needs to be repaired. So I baked it in my bread maker
Everything you do is perfect. I am so jealous. I love your videos and I always pray for you.
Im already confused why you addrd 150g of flour when you didnt know how much starter you had? Does it not matter?

Thank you! When I first started making sourdough your video was the one I followed. I liked how you fit the sourdough in your schedule. You are a amazing wife and mother. Such a lovely family.
Love this. Any experience with gluten free sourdough? Best wishes!
I love watching you cook, particularly baking. You make it look so easy and so delicious – very restful to watch, thank you 😀
I have always wanted to make sourdough bread but I don't feel confident yet. Watching this video makes me want to try so maybe will do that later at the end of Summer since I will be busy for the next two months and half. My roommate loves sourdough bread and it doesn't upset their tummy at all so will see… will keep you posted for sure! 🙂
Looks delicious!!!
