Salt pepper fresh herbs minced onion & garlic egg and bread crumbs for beef.
Lamb as above and add whatever curry spice you want. Chilli powder turmeric coriander curry powder.

I made my own spicy burger once. I called it "Dante's Inferno."
finally chopped onion in minced meat makes a juicy burger…along with dales seasoning, small dash of soy sauce….also can use A1 steak sauce but you can over power with it……….
