The very best homemade Ghanaian salted beef recipe

I have been trying to make my own salted beef for some time. It was always great but lacking something. It just didn’t match up to that great “beefi nam” we buy on the market. Well about two years ago, I went to Ghana and visited my elder sister. Her neighbor has bakery so I went to learn a few tips from her. Foodie as I am, we started talking everything food. And salted beed came in. That is how I found out I needed to add sliced onions! Ureka! It came out simply amazing when I did! And so now I present to you the very best homemade salted beef recipe. As always, I love hearing from you so let me know how this goes💕
