Let’s dive in.Ingredients: Dough: 1 lb ground beef (80/20) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 large egg 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup pork rind crumbs Salt and pepper to taste Filling: 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni or cooked sausage 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional)Instructions: Prepare the Dough: Mix ground beef, mozzarella, egg, parmesan, and pork rind crumbs in a bowl.   1. A word of advice, the pork rind "breadcrumbs" are a good breadcrumbs replacement, BUT feel through it with your fingers cause there are literally ROCKS of the pork rinds! No lie, they will break a tooth if you don't get them out of there! I use the same brand he's using. I get them in Walmart. But, I tried another brand from Amazon, I don't remember the brand, but they were better

  2. to make it easier i would nuke and soften the cream cheese and spread it on the beef, then sprinkle the mozzarella and pepperoni on the beef. Then make marinara dipping sauce, it would be keto but i wouldn't care. might make it for dinner tonight. thanks!
