INGREDIENTS
4 bone-in pork chops (about 2.5 lb / 1 kg)
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil (for searing)

SAUCE:
3 tbsp butter
6 garlic cloves
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup chicken broth

GARLIC BUTTER for Serving:
3 tbsp softened butter
1 garlic clove
parsley

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make small cuts along the fatty edge to prevent curling. Mix paprika, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Generously season the pork chops on both sides and edges.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Don’t forget to sear the edges – this helps render the fat and adds more flavor.
3. Remove the pork chops and add butter to the same skillet. Stir in the chopped garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add soy sauce, honey, and chicken broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Return the chops to the pan. Spoon sauce over the top and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
5. Combine softened butter with minced garlic and parsley.
6. Optional: Stir-fry your favorite vegetables in the same pan — they’ll soak up all the delicious flavor!
7. Plate the pork chops, drizzle with extra sauce, and finish with a garlic butter on top.
