You have probably watched our “Mexican series” where we have made our savory “Mexican Pulled Pork” or famous “Mexican Grilled Chicken Sandwich.” The name came from a late friend who used similar flavors in a recipe of his that he cooked in the pork category at the American Royal. To some, it’s not all that “Mexican” but to everyone, it is delicious! Since its tailgating season, we thought I’d add in a new recipe to this technique – Mexican Chicken Wings.
