Fall is here, football is on, and Matt knows it’s time for some good groceries. His smoky pig crackers, made on the Blackstone Pellet Grill, are the perfect game-day snack—crispy bacon, buttery crackers, and a kick of jalapeño. He’s confident you’ll want to try these for your next watch party!
Pig Crackers:
Ingredients:
1 package of club crackers
1 lb bacon
2 tsp Pineapple Sriracha
2 tsp Spicy Brown Sugar
2 tsp Sweet Maple seasoning
1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat your pellet grill to 250°F.
2. Cut the bacon into pieces that match the length of the club crackers.
3. Lay the crackers flat on a cooling rack. Place a piece of bacon on top of each cracker.
4. Sprinkle the bacon with your chosen seasonings. Add a slice of jalapeño on top if desired.
5. Place the cooling rack with the crackers onto the pellet grill.
6. After 30 minutes, check to see how the bacon is rendering.
7. Continue cooking for a total of 45-50 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and fully cooked.
8. Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, and serve. Enjoy!
