this guy over complicates things ribs are ribs pull them out season them and cook them they don't have to pretty sense they aren't going to last ten minutes after they're done and nobody's going to say oh your ribs are so pretty no they're either going to say they're good or bad

That new Meat Church blend is actually great. They're right up there with Smokin' Pecan for me personally. They actually give a great smoke flavor.
Being from Ponca City Oklahoma I always use Head Country sauce and Cookshack smokers but you got me interested Matt in your sauce…. Ok I’m in 😂
