  1. Ingredients:
    9 tbsp Nutella

    115g unsalted butter, room temperature

    160g light brown sugar

    40g granulated sugar

    1 large egg

    2 tsp vanilla extract

    315g plain flour

    1 tsp baking powder

    1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

    1 tsp salt

    150g chocolate chips

    Makes 9 cookies

    Bake 190C/170C (fan) 9-11 minutes

    Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before moving them

    Tip: Refrigerate overnight for best results and thicker cookies. You can refrigerate or freeze for just half an hour, but they will turn out slightly flatter 🥰

  2. Measurements for all the Americans out there
    1/2 cup of butter
    2/3 cup of brown sugar
    1/4 cup of sugar
    1 large egg
    2 tsp of vanilla
    1 3/4 cup of flout
    1 Tsp of salt
    1 tsp of baking soda
    These aren’t exactly the same because converting the measurements is a little weird but it’s pretty close
